Speaker 1:

Holy moly, we are back and it is 2025 and we haven't had a podcast episode for a hot minute, and that has been intentional. I have been going through a little bit of a realignment with what's important to me and I really wanted that to feed into the brand and the way that I was showing up. I decided to pause the podcast whilst I recalibrated, so that I knew exactly the energy that I wanted to bring into 2025 and have a completely fresh start. Let's just say that things have been completely reinvigorated with a little bit of a new direction, and you may have seen already that I'm very much going down a manifestation and capacity expansion route in my business. Now I still teach marketing. I actually think it's a really, really big part of manifestation. The marketing is the aligned action, but a lot of the content that I'm creating now is about manifestation and actually I've created an entirely new business, basically on an entirely new account, just for manifestation. So if you're wanting manifestation tips and you are wanting like small hacks, then you are going to want to follow that page. It's in or manifestation. I'll drop all the details below in the description, but that is basically where I'm really providing just manifestation tips. It's nothing really to do with business. It's more just to do with, like, how do you expand your capacity to hold everything that it is that you desire?

Speaker 1:

Now, there is a reason that I decided to split these two accounts up, and for so long I have preached that everything should just go under one account, like if you are feeling confused about something, there is a way to make it fit, and I do still believe that for a lot of people, I do believe that their audiences are like, similar enough where it can just go under one brand account and it actually can create too much work or too much confusion for you to be managing multiple accounts, and I truly believe that if you are a newer entrepreneur, I especially believe that you only need one account. Please do not waste your time creating lots of accounts, because it's just going to create more stress and more pressure unnecessarily. So just stick with one. But the reason that I decided to create another account is because the target audience of the people that I want to impact with my message on this account on the Hayley Lloyd show on at Hayley June Lloyd on that account is of people that are very well versed with manifestation and with certain concepts. There are people that are in the and have been in the personal development industry for a lot longer. Therefore, the caliber of clients that usually I attract through my conversion page I call it through hayley june lloyd is of a much higher caliber, meaning that people are wanting very high touch coaching, very close proximity to coaching, and also wanting to learn to market themselves, and they're generally wanting to learn to scale their business. And so that is what my Hayley June Lloyd account does. If I start then bringing on quite basic manifestation principles onto that account, it's going to dilute my audience. If something blows up for a very basic manifestation aspect, it's going to dilute my audience and I, up for a very basic manifestation aspect is going to dilute my audience and I don't want that to happen.

Speaker 1:

You know, because my sister has a lot of followers. You guys will probably know if you followed me for a while. You know she's Machine Gun, kelly's guitarist. She's got over a million followers like on just Instagram. That's not including like YouTube or anything. She's got so many followers Whenever she shares me on her story and she's done it a lot. I get so many followers but they are all men or just not ideal target audiences.

Speaker 1:

So I actually go through and I remove all of those followers from my account. Even recently I hired someone to go back through my account and delete over 4,000 followers that were just dead bot accounts. Because I'm not here for vanity metrics. I don't care what the numbers look like. What I care about is that my reach is the best that it can be so that it can prioritize my content going more viral. Because the way that the Instagram algorithm is currently centered is, it pushes out your followers first and maybe this will change Hopefully it does change but it means that if your followers are un, maybe this will change hopefully it does change but it means if your followers are unengaged or you have a dead following, then that's going to affect the overall reach that it could have just because you've got dead followers. So I culled a load of followers, even just recently and, uh, honestly, I have never looked back. It's been like the best decision that I could have made.

Speaker 1:

So I don't want to create a huge audience on my Hayley June Lloyd, one that could dilute the potency of the followers that I currently have there, when I could just create an entirely different account and really grow that very large where the target audience that I want to attract in there, I only want them to potentially spend like under a hundred dollars, like so this isn't going to be like for high ticket coaching. It's going to be more for scale and it's going to be more for getting the message out to a larger scale and I don't need to to really elevate my content to serve high ticket audiences on that account. And so if I try to do everything on one account, sure it could work, but would the lower ticket clients or audience members that I'm attracting in from the more basic manifestation stuff? Would that dilute my following on my other account? My perspective is, yes, everyone can have a different opinion.

Speaker 1:

Whatever the decision that I made was, I actually want to keep these things separate. I want my high ticket coaching account and I want something that can go a little bit more viral and that can really just have like a little bit more scope for the masses to come through without me like worrying about, you know, reach or anything like that, and so it's much more of just like a value account where the thing that's going to be associated with it is going to be a membership and then ultimately an app. So you guys may have heard that I'm also building an app. This has been a very so far long and scary process and we've actually just recently stretched the timeline timeline out even more because we were going to have it like fully just launching in march of 2025. But as I really got down to the nitty-gritty, I was just like we're just not fully ready. I want to do some testing first. I want to create some prototypes. So we're now going to be launching with the membership version in March and then it's going to become an app, probably later in the year. Once we've done some prototyping, testing and stuff like that, we are actually going to be creating a whole separate wait list for that where we're going to be educating you guys on what we're doing to launch the app and everything like that, and it's going to be really exciting. So if you do want to join on that journey and see the development of an app and how we go about that, make sure that you sign up to that email list. We'll put it in the description of this episode as well.

Speaker 1:

But because of all of that and because of all of the shifts that I've been making, all these kind of big decisions like they sound, you know when I'm talking about it, I'm like, oh, these are quite smaller decisions, but they were actually very big decisions for me to make, like creating a different account and even just switching the focus of, like, my main content, like account. Like I am so known for marketing as you guys will know, I'm incredibly good at it and the House of Authority even a huge pillar of the Household Authority is marketing and I have a signature program called Content to Cash which just gets people results all the time. I've had so many successful launches of Content to Cash. But in the summer of 2024, and so that would be, yeah, well, winter for Australia, summer for Europe, around like August time I went through a really difficult period of trying to create content, about creating content and marketing, which I've done so easily before, and it just felt like such an uphill battle and I was like I'm just not meant to be talking about this right now, like this isn't the way that I'm meant to be framing my content. This feels like I should and I really try to hold on to that for way too long like it's so easy for me to create that content. You know I've got a huge library of that content. It's worked so well before, why wouldn't I keep on doing it?

Speaker 1:

But the ultimate thing came down to it's not in alignment and so it's feeling harder than it has to, and with manifestation, in order to know whether it's aligned action versus ego action. Aligned action is like it feels easy. So this isn't to say that you don't do work like you still do work. If you want to manifest a million dollar a year business, you're going to be working right. But it's there's two different types of work. It can either be hard work, and it can feel like a struggle and a push, or it can be easy work, and I have now created easy work.

Speaker 1:

But at the time it was hard work. Like every post I was creating, I was really having to, like, oh God, search my mind of, like what do I want to post? How do I? It was so much harder than it needed to be. And then I went into a launch of the house. It actually ended up being a really successful launch, but it obviously was meant to be a teacher for me and it was obviously meant to bring me to my knees, to the point where I was like I'm not willing to go through this again and I'm going to pivot and shift when I finish this launch. And as I went into the launch, we didn't have anyone sign up for the first, like two weeks and that's very unusual for my launches like everyone literally signed up in the final, like 72 hours, like it was crazy, um, but for two weeks I was just holding the energy and I was like processing all of these feelings and I honestly had like quite a few dark night of the soul moments where I was like what am I doing? Like I'm teaching content but like the con is the content not working? Like what's happening? And it ultimately ended up it did work, but people really, really needed that countdown timer and that entire experience over that two week period.

Speaker 1:

You know I often talk about the launch period as being like this container of growth and my God, did I grow during that period? Like it was a lot. And I always say that before the quantum leap there is a quantum crumble. And that experience was my quantum crumble and you know it wasn't even like I lost a load of money or nothing was working. It did work, but it was so hard, like it was so hard I cried so much I had to lean on, like my peer circle, so much just to get through it and just be like, am I going crazy? And like I think 2024 was like a hard year for a lot of people, but like it really did bring me to my knees.

Speaker 1:

And I remember one day, specifically like five days towards the very back end of the launch, I was just like, whatever happens at the back end of this, I am switching positioning. I'm talking about manifestation because it's what I want to talk about and I no longer care if it's what people want. And I say that with so much love because I love you guys. You know I obviously care about what you guys want, but ultimately, when we're building a business, it has to be what we want to do as well. And so if you come into the house, you're still going to learn how to, you know, do marketing. I'm still going to give you feedback on your stuff, but the way that I'm going to be marketing, it is going to be coming through a more aligned angle for me and and that's what I really had to kind of come to my knees to realize that actually it is just going to be painful for you to continue holding on to the way things have worked previously, and I did a really great podcast interview with one of my clients actually, her name's Laura and we spoke about inner and outer authority and why things start to feel hard or stagnant in something that you've done and has worked previously.

Speaker 1:

So what I mean by this is that if you have outer authority so marketing or a business or something that has previously worked really well for you and suddenly it stops working, there is a reason for this, and this is actually the kind of topic that I wanted to talk about today, that we've taken a while to get here, but here we go as ADHD for you. Why does stagnancy occur in business? Because this is kind of what happened to me, right, like I started feeling stagnant midway through the year, like why does it actually happen and what can we actually do to move through it and typically the reason that we start to feel stagnant is because the outer authority that has previously worked for us and that we know very, very well has got us to a certain point, has been dependable up until a certain point, and then suddenly stops working. There's typically three reasons for this. Reason.

Speaker 1:

Number one is that you aren't in alignment anymore, and this is where because we are all in the personal development industry right, whenever you are growing your business, if you are also doing personal development work and you are growing which I really hope that everyone is being in this space you are also going to grow your inner authority, which means you are going to change, you're going to change, everyone's going to change, and a lot of people resist that change and then they feel like this is just who I am, this brand is who I am and and it is never going to shift, and this is just who I am. And that then creates a trap, because when you do change as a business owner and your inner authority has changed because that's what changes, right, it's the inner world. The inner world is changing, but you have this outer authority that's over here, that's no longer aligned but is driving the entire business. In order for you to get back into aligned action, you need to recalibrate your outer authority to come and meet your new inner authority, the changes that you've created. And if you don't do that, it then starts to feel really hard, because aligned action happens when you have inner authority. You want to almost imagine it like you have a totem pole or Jenga like stacked on top of each other. Your inner authority and your outer authority is stacked on top of each other.

Speaker 1:

In order for things to really flow and for things to feel easy, they need to be in alignment. And if they aren't in alignment and that means in alignment with your belief system, with your values, with your thoughts, with your interests, with your passions because all of these things change it starts to feel hard, and so that can be one of the reasons that suddenly, stagnation starts to happen, because you're actually, if you're really honest with yourself, not passionate about what you're doing anymore, you're not passionate about the audience that you're talking to anymore, or you want to be speaking about something completely different. But you know that then that means you've got to go through a pivot or a shift or a change, and that feels scary. And this is then when the mind comes online. Right, the mind tells us well, this has always worked previously, therefore it should continue to work. And it's going to be scary if you change, like you've got to gamble on this new way of doing things. But that alignment is the thing that's going to catapult your success in the future. You can't build, especially as women, unfortunately because we have cycles and these up-down cycles where we feel things so intensely on different parts of the month that you just can't build something to a huge capacity that you don't care about anymore, and so sometimes that has to change and that's ultimately like a decision that I had to make during the year was like I needed to realign, like fast.

Speaker 1:

Another reason that stagnancy can happen is because there is an upper limit or an energetic ceiling or a fear that is completely unconscious to you. And so when you have this energetic ceiling, you know it's like this invisible ceiling. So you look up, it's not like the ceiling that I see above me, like I can see it, I could bash through it if I wanted to Like it's invisible. And when we have this invisible ceiling, it's like we create this belief that if I go to that next level, it's going to mean that I have to change, that it's going to be more responsibility, there's going to be more pressure and I responsibility, there's going to be more pressure and I don't believe that I can handle those things, so it's safer for me to not go to that next level or even go backwards. And so there is like a safety aspect that comes online in your nervous system that is literally just trying to keep you safe, but that meet. That creates stagnation. It creates a going backwards feeling where you're like, why did this used to happen and why is it no longer working? So that can be another thing.

Speaker 1:

The final reason that I've seen a stagnancy occur is because there is an ego, stubbornness or an unwillingness to change with the market. So people that have had success, maybe three years ago, even four years ago, and they use that as like it should be this easy, especially if it came easy. It should be this easy. It should be this blah, blah, blah. And what that way of thinking does? It attaches you to the past, doesn't allow you to be in the present. It doesn't allow you to acknowledge that the market has changed. The way that we're marketing needs to change. The type of content that's going viral has changed. The type of marketing that we need to create on our sales pages has changed. The way that high ticket buyers are buying has changed. What they're looking for has changed. The way that we build personal brands has changed, and you know what it changes every single year.

Speaker 1:

And I interviewed it wasn't really an interview, I just asked a couple of my friends who are million or multi-million dollar businesses. I was like what is the one aspect that you believe differentiates a six-figure business to a million dollar business? What do you feel like is a necessary requirement? And all three of them said something along the lines of and I would agree with this a willingness to change and shift with whatever the market is doing. If you are in a place where you are not willing to shift and you are attached to a past identity or a past results that you had and you are frustrated because you feel like it should be the same, you are robbing yourself from the potentiality of what you could create right now.

Speaker 1:

If you just embraced that the market has changed and it's okay. Like the market is going to continuously change. What is working today may not work next year. There's so many new things coming through, ai's coming through. Like we can either look at these things with fear and dig our heels in and be like I'm not going to change because blah, blah and that ultimately comes from ego and stubbornness and an unwillingness to move forward and then can create victim mindset of like this is happening to me.

Speaker 1:

It's so frustrating. It used to be so easy blah, blah, blah instead of just embracing the fact that things have changed. Okay, I'm gonna get stuck in, I'm gonna figure it out and I'm gonna figure out what I need to do. Maybe I need to completely change the sales page or completely change my marketing or completely change this program. You need to be willing to do that and, yes, that means more work.

Speaker 1:

And if you currently feel like you're frustrated, that you don't want to change because it's going to require more work, then you are your own saboteur, you are your own block, because business requires work and it requires pivots, it requires shifts. If you're not prepared to do the work and you've created this little agreement with yourself that says, like I will do the work once so I never have to do it again, you will never grow past a certain point or keep up with the market, because the market requires you to change. It just does, it just does. Those are the biggest reasons that I've realized that people find stagnation, and for me it was the no longer being in alignment and it did create stagnation. Everything just started to feel really hard, and it's frustrating when that happens, because you know that you can experience success, but it does require you to make a change somewhere, whatever that change may be for you, because business should feel easy. It's not that it doesn't require work, but it's the type of work that it requires should feel easy. If you are sitting down and you're a seasoned marketer, you're sitting down at your desktop and it feels like a struggle to get anything out. You are not in alignment with something. Something is off, because if you have already got the skill, then it should feel like channeling. If it doesn't feel like channeling, there is a block, and so that is the thing that you know. If you are wanting to move through stagnancy, you need to overcome one of those three things, whatever it is.

Speaker 1:

And the irony is, as soon as I started doing this, my back end of the year was incredible, I cannot tell you. As soon as I committed to going all in in the direction that I knew I was meant to be going in, even though it was scary, even though I didn't know what was on the other side, everything just started clicking. You know, it literally took like two months for things to really start, and that was like a void period for sure, but things started picking up pretty, pretty fast. So my TikTok literally blew up to 28k after literally posting for like six months consistently the previous year and getting no traction, I think I had like maybe 200 followers on there. Now we've got 28k because the post went super, super viral. All of them keep on going viral. I created $170,000 cash in like just over 30 days it was like 35 or something and that cash dropped into my bank account and is currently in there right now.

Speaker 1:

New clients completely came out of the woodwork had no idea where they came from. I got invited to public speak at events, at retreats. I've made so many new friends. It's like suddenly I'm being seen in the light that I wanted to be seen in, because I'm seeing the light in myself and because I'm fully just embracing the authority that I've come here to create. You know, my own integrated authority is basically speaking about inner authority and how it affects your outer authority. So it's a very marginal shift but it's a big deal for me.

Speaker 1:

So, anyway, that's a little bit of an update and also just like some downloads of how to overcome like stagnancy and um blocks in your business and and what it can actually start to do and how it can start to slow you down. So I hope that this was helpful guys. I'm sending you guys so much love. I really hope that this has there's been some kind of takeaway in here, because, like, honestly, I've I don't know what I just said. Uh, please make sure that you send me a message on Instagram if this did resonate with you in any way, share it with a friend if you feel like it could help them in some capacity as well, and just know that, going forward, this is going to be mainly an account where we're going to be talking.

Speaker 1:

We're going to be talking about the strategy stuff, but we're going to be talking a lot about it through an energetic and an inner authority lens. So I about it through an energetic and an inner authority lens. So I'm no longer really just gonna be talking about do this post style? This is a hook that you want. I'm not gonna be talking about that stuff anymore. So that's the kind of stuff that you're looking for. My account is no longer going to have that stuff.

Speaker 1:

I will be talking about marketing, um, but I'll be talking about it from a slightly different perspective. If you're in my programs, we are still going to be talking about marketing. We're still going to be talking about hooks. I'm still going to educate you guys on that stuff and I'm still going to be giving you guys feedback on that, because that is what those programs are for. But authority angle is no longer going to be high-end marketing. My authority angle is going to be money manifestation, essentially, and how it applies to lots of different areas.

Speaker 1:

So I hope that this makes sense and that this provides some clarity on, like the journey that I've been on, and I'm really excited for 2025. I think I'm going to do another episode where I go into you know what I'm leaving behind in 2024 and what I believe the my kind of predictions are for 2025 in the industry and in your business. And, yeah, I'm here for your success. I'm here for the exponential growth that you're going to have in 2025 and I'm here for every single evolution of you and wherever you are taking your business. So I'm sending you guys so much love and I'll see you guys in the next episode, which will be more regular from now on. Bye, guys.
